Who is Sound Hort?

We take a biological approach to the horticulture, agriculture and cannabis industry in order to effectively manage crop systems, pests and diseases. How do I know what to order?

Start by filling out the questionnaire. To follow, give us a call or email to start the conversation and creating solutions. If you are dealing with a particular pest, search product by "pest" and let us help you fill in the blanks.

What are the time frames from when I order to when I may receive an order?

See individual product pages for exact order deadlines. 

The majority of beneficial insect orders need to be completed by Friday afternoon at the latest. If you are managing aphids, plan to complete your orders on Thursdays by 2pm. Insect orders are filled and delivered to you on Thursday of the following week. Biological pesticides can be ordered at any time. With each order a tracking number or email notification will be sent to you with estimated delivery information.

How do I know my beneficial insects are alive?

We do our best to ensure your beneficial insects are alive and well when they arrive on your doorstep. If you have concerns, you can contact us directly or refer to the ANBP page on Quality Assurance (also available to download here).
